Investing in organization is investing in your home and lifestyle—bringing balance, ease, and a fresh start.

At Organizing Beyond Expectations, we offer free consultations to get to know you, understand your needs, and tour your space. This allows us to identify areas that may be causing stress and create customized solutions to enhance your home and daily life.

Our sessions range from 3 to 8 hours, with a minimum of 2 organizers—scaling up to a larger team depending on the scope of your project. During your virtual consultation, we’ll provide an estimate and determine the ideal number of organizers for your needs.

 

Rates start at $85/hour per organizer.

Step #1. Consultation: Meet Your Organizer

The first step is to book a free consultation, where we’ll explore your project’s scope, understand your needs, and find the perfect service to bring your vision to life.

Step #2. Book Your Project with OBE

After your consultation, we’ll create a personalized proposal for your review. Once approved, we’ll send over the contract and downpayment invoice. As soon as the downpayment is received, your project is officially on our calendar.

Step #3. Planning For Your Project

The exciting transformation begins! Your dedicated project manager will connect with you as we plan every detail—from space design to product sourcing and style preferences—ensuring your organizing team is fully prepared for your project.

The day before your session, we’ll check in to confirm timing and any important day-of details, making sure everything runs seamlessly.

Step #4. The Big Day: Organizing Your Home

This is when the magic happens! Your assigned lead organizer will arrive with the team, ready to bring order and system to your space. Together, they’ll sort, purge, organize, label, and refine every detail with care and precision.

By the end of the day, your lead organizer will walk you through your organized space beyond your expectations — and share practical tips to help you maintain it effortlessly.

Step #5. Final Touches & Follow-Up

After your organizing session, your project manager will reach out to ensure everything went seamlessly. That same evening, our billing department will send your final invoice, wrapping up the process with care and efficiency.

BONUS SERVICE

Stay Organized Year - Round with Our Refresh Service

Three months after your service, your project manager will check in to see if you’d like to take advantage of one of our most popular offerings—the Refresh Service. This service gives your space a fresh look with updated labels, refined organization, and seasonal adjustments.

We’ll revisit previously organized areas to rearrange products, re-fold items, and ensure your systems continue to function seamlessly. Available as a one-time service or through regularly scheduled maintenance, it keeps your home effortlessly organized all year round.
